MBCs/DNCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs : 18-34 Years
SCs, SC(A)s, STs and Destitute Widows of all castes : 18-37 Years

Age Limit prescribed for appointment by direct recruitment has been enhanced by 2 years.
For Junior Assistant and Typist
No Maximum age limit for candidates belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DNCs, BCs and BCMs who
possess a General Educational Qualification which is higher than the Minimum General Educational
Qualification (i.e. who have passed P.U.C./H.S.C./Diploma/Degree).
Explanation: “No maximum age limit” shall mean that the applicants should not have completed 60 years of
age either on the date of Notification or at the time of selection/appointment to the post.
