Bharatiya Beej Sahakari Samiti Limited (BBSSL) invites applications from qualified and
experienced professionals for the following positions:
Zonal Lead – Sales
Location: Anywhere in India, based on organizational requirements.
Qualification:
- Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture.
- Master’s degree in agriculture/Horticulture/Business Management (Preferably
MBA).
Experience: - 10-15 years of experience in the Seed/Agri-input industry.
Age Limit: Maximum age is 45 years
Executive – Seed Production & Processing
Location: Anywhere in India, based on organizational requirements.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Seed Technology, Plant Breeding, or
related fields. - Certification in Seed Production or Seed Processing is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in seed production and seed processing, preferably in a
seed company or agricultural organization. - Experience working with seed certification agencies and familiarity with
government regulations on seed production and quality.
Age Limit: Maximum age is 30 years.
Executive – Sales & Marketing (Seed)
Location: Anywhere in India, based on organizational requirements.
Qualification:
- B.Sc. (Agri.) / B.Sc. (Hort.) – Full-time regular degree from a UGC-recognized
Indian university/institute with a minimum of 60% marks. - M.Sc. (Agri.) / M.Sc. (Horti.) / MBA (Marketing) / MBA (Agri. Business) – Full-time
regular degree from a UGC/AICTE-recognized Indian university/institute will be
an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum three years of post-qualification experience in the related
field.
Age Limit: Maximum age is 30 years

Lead – Traditional Seed Business
Location: New Delhi
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture.
- Master’s degree in Genetics & Plant Breeding, Horticulture,
Agronomy, Seed Technology, or Management. - A Ph.D. in the relevant field from a reputed university/institute is
preferred.
Experience: - More than 12 years of post-qualification experience
