General instructions to the candidates
a. Age relaxation would be applicable to candidates applying for the post of Tutor
(Music) reserved for SC category and for Semi-Skilled Worker reserved for
OBC category. Date for determining the upper age limit, qualification and /or
experience will be the closing date prescribed for receipt of application. i.e
24.03.2023.
b. Kalakshetra Foundation reserves the right to cancel/restrict/modify the
recruitment process if need so arises, without assigning any reason. No
correspondences whatsoever will be entertained from the candidates
regarding conduct and result of test/interview and reason for not being called
for test/interview.
c. The number of vacancies as indicated in the notification may vary depending
upon the vacancies exists at the time of final selection.
d. Mere fulfillment of eligibility criteria does not entitle any right in respect of
the interview/selection. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test and
or interview.
e. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
f. Superintendent in Besant Cultural Centre Hostel––Those who meet the
eligibility conditions as stipulated above need only to apply. The applicants
may also note that hostel inmates are predominately female candidates
and hence a female candidate willing to stay in Hostel premises is preferable.
The candidate should be fluent in South Indian Languages and in English.
g. Semi-Skilled worker in Craft Education and Research Centre ––The work is
more of labour oriented and those who are overqualified and not have
enough knowledge and experience about the techniques required for the
post need not apply. Such applications shall be summarily rejected.
h. Copies of self-attested testimonials along with the Community/EWS
Certificate issued by the authority concerned are to be attached with the
application form.
i. Applications received without self-attested copies of documents mentioned
above will be summarily rejected.
j. Application form has to be received at Kalakshetra Foundation by 5 PM on
21.04.2023. Applications received after closing date will be summarily
rejected
