மேற்படி பதவிகளுக்கான பூர்த்திசெய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பத்துடன் கல்வி சான்றிதழ் ,தொழில்நுட்ப தகுதி சான்றிதழ், முன் அனுபவசான்றிதழ் மற்றும் ஜாதி சான்றிதழ் ஆகிய நகல்களில் சுய சான்றொப்பமிட்டு இணைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANT
1) The applicant should fill the application form with his/her own hand writing using blue or black pen in
block letters.
2) All the fields should be filled in the application form
3) The following Xerox copies of the documents to be attached
a. SSLC Certificate
b. HSC Certificate
c. UG Degree / Diploma Certificate / PG Degree Certificate / Others certificates (if any)
d. Community Certificate
e. Aadhar Card
f. Recent passport size photo (3)
g. Income Certificate (If available)
h. Experience Certificate (If available)
i. If any others (EX- SERVICE / WIDOW)
4) Application fee for the Gen/UR/OBC/EWS Candidate shall have to pay the application fee of
Rs.500/- and for SC/ST candidates shall have to pay the application fee of Rs.250/- get the
challan with application at head office and also can pay through online (Refer Official website).
5) If the applicant submitted the fake document they will strictly face the consequences
6) Age limit for the applicant is 22 to 35 years, In case of age relaxation appropriate certificates or
documents to be attached.
7) The filled applications should be attached with 24 x 10cm post cover with 27rs stamp pasted
and self- addressed along with application.
8) An applicant should apply for single post, in case the applicant applies more than one the
applicant’s application will be rejected. Amount will not be refunded.
9) The completed applications can be given directly/speed post/courier to the given below
address mentioned on or before the last date (28/02/2023, Time 4.30 Pm)
