Selection for the appointment to the post of Director, Social Audit Society of Tamil Nadu, Chennai.
Applications are invited from eligible persons for appointment as Director, Social Audit Society of Tamil Nadu
Qualification : Master Degree
should have not less than 10 years of experience in the field of Audit and Government
Accounts or a Social Activist who has experience in the field of implementation of Social Welfare Schemes and directly worked with a grass root people for not less than 20 years.
should possess for a period of not less than two years experience in the field of Social Audits and right – based activities
The age of the applicant should not exceed 62 years on the date of Notification
Serving or Retired Officers of State Government in the Pay Band of Level-29 or above shall be eligible to apply for the post
Provided that in the case of a retired Government official, should not have served in any
Government positions since the past 2 years
Tenure and Remuneration
The Director, Social Audit of Tamil Nadu shall be appointed for a period of 3 years or till the incumbent attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier. The remuneration shall be on consolidated basis @ Rs. 75,000/ per month. Travelling allowance is allowed at rates admissible to class I Officers of the State Government.
