Officer-on-Special Duty (Computers/IT) – INAPH Support and Training
B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science / Information Technology) or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience would be preferred. or

Officer on Special Duty (ICT) – dot Net Developer
Required Experience and Skills
• Microsoft Technologies, including Visual Studio 2012 and 2017.
• Experience in .NET application development
• Exposure of multi-layered architecture
• Best practices practiced in .NET stack
• Addressing UI, communication frameworks etc
• Proficiency in Generic Web development
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Database (MS SQL Server, MySQL)
• Reporting tool like crystal report and SSRS
• C#, ASP. NET 3.5 and above version, entity framework, Web Services, window service, WCF and WPF, XML and IIS 7.0(Internet Information Server), HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, Java-Script, jQuery
• Strong knowledge in SQL Server 2012 and above version, SQL Server Compact (SQL CE) edition.
• Strong knowledge in Report Tools (SSRS, Microsoft RDLC)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design in multiple contexts/domains
• Strong analytical skills (System, Database) with excellent interpersonal and
• Web service development and hosting on server
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns (MVC architectures)
• Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
• Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {such as SVN, Microsoft SourceSafe)Additional Skills
• Experience in Android, JAVA
• Best practices in JAVA
• Knowledge about Window service and Console service.
• Knowledge of working on Linux system.
• Knowledge in computer languages like PERL, Python, Sql, R studio
• Any experience in open source development
B.E./M.E. (IT/Computers) or B.Tech./M.Tech (IT/Computers) or MSc (Computer Science) or MCA or equivalent with minimum 5 years of working experience.
This position is on a fixed term for a period of 3 years with Annual CTC upto Rs 14 Lakhs per annum.
