Essential
a. For disciplines other than Engineering subject Doctoral degree in
Agriculture subject including relevant basic science with 8 years
experiences in relevant subject Scientist/ Lecturer/ Extension specialist or
in an equivalent having made contribution to research/ teaching/ extension
as evidence by published work/ innovations and impact. (Or)
b. For Engineering disciplines: Doctoral degree in relevant Agriculture
engineering subject with 6 years experiences as Scientist/ Lecturer/
Extension specialist or in an equivalent position having made contribution
to research/ teaching/ extension education as evidence by published
work/innovations and impact (Or)
c. Master degree in relevant Agriculture engineering subject with 10 years
experiences as Scientist/Lecturer/Extension specialist or in an equivalent
position having made contribution to research/ teaching/ extension
education as evidence by published work/innovations and impact.
Desirable Specialization in implementing extension education programmes.
SMS (Animal Science)
Essential Master’s degree in Veterinary Science / Animal Science or
equivalent qualifications from a recognized university
Age Limit : 35 Years
Salary Rs.56100-177500/-
The relaxation of age for SC/ST/OBC/Women & Divyang (PH) can be allowed as per rules.
