The Chennai City Urban Health Mission proposes to engage following staff to
work in various health care facilities of Greater Chennai Corporation under National
Urban Health Mission on contractual basis. The details of vacancies and minimum
educational qualification is given below:
Medical Officer : 19
MBBS from Medical colleges recognized by
National Medical Commission and duly
Registered with TNMC.
Staff Nurse : 39
Higher Secondary Course +B.Sc. Nursing (4
years) or Diploma in Nursing or Diploma in
General Nursing and Midwife (3 years)
(Registered with Nursing council)
Terms of engagement
Place of posting will be anywhere in GCC Health Facilities.
The Selected candidates need to sign an agreement with Chennai City Urban
Health Mission.
Contract Period is for 11 months and it is purely on temporary basis.
The Candidate shall not claim any rights for permanency in the job. The job
will be with the Chennai City Urban Health Mission Society and not directly
with the Greater Chennai Corporation.
The contract may be terminated at any time on one month notice on either
side.
The Chennai City Urban Health Mission Administration reserves the right not to
assign any reason for such termination.
