RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION FOR THE POST OF MANAGER (FINANCE) ON A CONTRACT BASIS.

TIDEL Park Ltd. (TIDEL) is in the business of leasing out plug and play
facilities for IT/ITeS infrastructure. TIDEL was established in the year 1997 and
commenced operations from July 2000. TIDEL does not fall under the definition of
‘Government Company’ as per section 2(45) of the Companies Act 2013. TIDEL is
a joint venture of TIDCO, ELCOT, banks and other private sector ventures.

TIDEL is looking for a dynamic and high-performing professional for the
following post on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable every year based on the
satisfactory performance of the candidate for up to three years, extendable for a
further period as decided by the Management / Board of Directors. Interested

Compensation :

Net CTC is (negotiable) depending on the
experience and qualification. (TDS and
other statutory deductions, as applicable)

Educational Qualification
B. Com – Full time from a recognized University
AND Qualified Chartered Accountant (Must be an Associate
or Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of India)

Work experience
At least 7-10 years’ experience in handling finance and
good knowledge in accounting and finalisation of books of
accounts. Experience in Real/commercial estates, IT/ITeS
companies/Industrial Parks/SEZs with ability to handle
turnover of Rs.100 crs or more is preferred. Experience in
Tally ERP, quick books is desirable.

Requisite
Skills
i. Payment & Accounting of Bills, Salary, Contracts,
O&M, Telephones, Electricity (TANGEDCO),
Corporation of Chennai, CMWSSB, TNPCB, Imprest
Cash, etc., and Maintenance of vouchers


ii. Fund / Cash Flow preparation and maintenance

iii. Finalization of Annual Accounts (Standalone and
Consolidated)

iv. Accounting, MIS preparation, Budgeting and Auditing

v. Board and Audit Committee – Accounts related
agendas

vi. Remittance of statutory payments (ESI, PF etc) &
filing of returns/documents relating to TDS, Advance
tax and GST

vii. Tax Litigation Matters, handling Investments /
Deposits

viii. Term Loan / Inter Corporate Loan – to be provided
to associate companies as approved by the Board

ix. New Projects – Investment, Feasibility study, project
cost preparation

x. Project Financing

xi. Knowledge in legal aspects and compliances like
financial, labour, etc.

xii. Multi-tasking and organisational skills

xiii. Excellent business communication skills

xiv. English and Tamil language skills,

xv. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

The individual is responsible for the handling responsibilities as assigned by the
Management in alignment with team goals and overall business plan. She/he shall
be responsible for –
(i) Preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements;
(ii) Budgeting, Debtors and Creditors Ageing Analysis, customer and vendor
monthly reconciliation;
(iii) Supervising and monitoring account related activities like GL, Cash/Bank
statements, Sales/Purchase register, Credit/Debit note register;
(iv) Preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c, Balance sheet and completing
finalization of financial statements with statutory auditors
(v) Well versed with Tally accounting software environment;
(vi) Preparing and handling Income tax (including TDS/TCS, advance tax returns),
GST and customs duty related filing and returns;

(vii) Project financing and funds appraisal (including loan documentation); and
(viii) Preparing replies to tax assessments and co-ordinate with statutory auditors
and tax lawyers for defending tax (direct and indirect) litigations.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
TIDEL will shortlist suitable candidates based on their qualifications and
experience. The shortlisted candidates will be asked to send their experience and
qualification certificates. The recruitment will be based on the interview conducted
for such shortlisted candidates, conducted in English, in-person in Chennai.
Depending upon the situation, it may also be conducted through online mode (VC).
TIDEL will notify the time, date and format of the interview to the shortlisted
candidates.
