(i) B.A./ B.Com(ii) At least five years’ experience as UDC stores or as Quarter Master or An ex-serviceman preferably a JCO with at least 10 years’ experience in handling and accounting of stores.(i) Should have undergone a Quarter Master’s Course.

(ii)  Basic knowledge of Computer Application.

(iii)  Degree/ Diploma in Fire Fighting and Disaster Management Security,  Motor Vehicle Maintenance,  Knowledge of Stores/Inventory Management/ Material Management.

(iv)    Previous Experience.
Between 21 to 50 years of age.Rs.29,200/-
Rs. 29,200/- + DA per month
(Level –5, Index-1 in Pay Matrix, As per 7th CPC.)

Last  Date For Application
          Last date for receipt of Filled-in-Application along with said enclosures in the school is 30 April 2024.  Application received late (including postal delay)/ without deposition of application fee/ not in prescribed application form format will be summarily rejected without any intimation. No correspondence will be entertained.
How to apply:
Eligible and desirous candidates (Indian National only)  may apply  to the Principal, Sainik School, Amaravathinagar, Pin- 642 102, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District (Tamil Nadu) through offline mode only on the prescribed format available  for download in  our School website www.sainikschoolamaravathinagar.edu.in. The candidates are to enclose the following along with duly filled application form:
(a)      Affix Recent Pass port size photograph in the space provided in the Application form.
(b)      Copies of self attested  Mark sheets from class 10th std to highest acquired qualification, testimonials and experience certificates.
(c)      A non-refundable Demand Draft for application fee of Rs. 500 or Rs.300 (only for SC & ST), as applicable.
(d)      A self addressed envelope (9” x 4”) duly affixing Rs.25/- worth postal stamp. 
(e)      The applicant applying as Reserved categories (SC/ST) to avail fee concession are to attach a copy of Valid caste category certificate issued by the concerned authority.Please superscribe the envelope with the name of post applied for in BOLD letters.   
Application Fee:             
Applications should be accompanied by a  non-refundable Demand Draft  for Rs.500/- (Gen & OBC) and Rs.300/- (SC/ST) drawn in favour of ‘PRINCIPAL, SAINIK SCHOOL, AMARAVATHINAGAR’ payable at State Bank of India (SBI),  Amaravathinagar (Code 2191) Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District.
Call Letters
Only short listed candidates who fulfil eligibility criteria based on essential qualification (s) will be called for selection process.   All details regarding shortlisted candidates, date and time of Exam, schedule of recruitment process, venue will be notified on school website www.sainikschoolamaravathinagar.edu.in. It is the responsibility of candidates to visit school website regularly for latest information/ updates etc.  The schedule of conduct of selection process will also be intimated by email/SMS to the shortlisted candidates.    Applicants are to clearly mention their working email ID and Mobile Number in the Application Form to in clear HAND WRITING  which is mandatory for communication.    School will not be responsible for failure of communication.  No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the selection process.  Candidates will have to make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging for attending the selection process.

Structure of Selection Process:
Selection process will consist three steps i.e., written examination, Skill/Trade tests and Personal Interview.  A candidate will be required to score minimum 33% marks to qualify for the next step of the selection process.  However, the minimum required marks may be increased upto 50% by the Board of Officers to shortlist the candidates for the next step of selection process. 
Other Conditions:
(a)      Employment conditions/Service Rules are in consonance with Sainik Schools Society Rules and Regulations in vogue and as amended from time to time.
(b)      The job is transferable within All India transferability clause.
(c)      Selected candidates should be ready to accept additional responsibilities usual to a residential public school or as delegated by the Principal, Sainik School, Amaravathinagar.
(d)      Permanent absorption will be considered on successful completion of probationary period of one year, extendable to two years.  Retirement age is 60 years of age on superannuation.   Contributory pension as per National Pension Scheme.
The School administration reserves the right to increase/ decrease/ cancel the vacancy due to administrative/ policy reasons without assigning any reasons whatsoever.  No formal intimation will be given to applicants.
