Applications are invited for the following positions in the DST-sponsored project on “DST-Network Programme on Anthrax Diagnosis and Control in India”, sanctioned for three years.
Lab Assistant – One
Salary Rs.10,000 PM
Qualifications for Lab Assistant : X Standard passed, with a minimum of Five years experience in Biology/Chemistry Lab maintenance.
(10th Pass with 5 Years Experience)
Junior Research Fellow : 02 Posts
Salary Rs. 31,000 + 16% HRA for first two years; 35,000 + 16% HRA for third year
Essential Qualifications: Masters Degree (M.Sc./M.Tech. with at least 55 % marks) in Genomics / Biotechnology / Bioinformatics / Computational Biology / Microbiology / Life Sciences. Qualified in National Exams like UCG-CSIR NETIDBT-NETIICMR-NETIGATE, etc.
Desired Qualifications: Experience in Next-Generation Sequencing and data analysis, Linux Operating Systems, Programming skills, and scriptwriting (e.g., Perl, Python)
