QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE AS ON 10.10.2022:
Name of the Post: Welfare Officer, A-2 Level
a) Degree or Diploma course recognized by Maharashtra State, as per Maharashtra Welfare Officers (duties,
qualifications and conditions of service) Rules, 1966 (Enclosed as Annexure-A).
b) Possesses adequate knowledge of Marathi language.
c) Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in any industry /Factory as Welfare Officer/Personnel Officer/HR Executive in HR or Welfare Department.
Name of the Post : Junior Office Assistant, B-3 Level
a) Graduate with at least 55% marks and computer knowledge with typing speed on computer in English @ 40 wpm/ in Hindi @ 30 wpm.
All the required qualifications should be full time regular course recognized from University/ Institute. Course
offered through part time or distance mode will not be acceptable for the purpose of the educational eligibility criteria.
The candidates belonging to General (UR)/EWS and OBC (NCL) category are required to pay application fees of Rs.600/-(excluding taxes as applicable)
